※2020.10.8 기준 관내 초,중학교 및 특수학교에 재학중인 외국 국적 학생은 학교에서 스쿨뱅킹 계좌 또는 별도 신청 계좌로 지급하므로 교육지원청에서 서류 접수 대상이 아닙니다.

※Based on 2020. Oct. 8. foreign nationality students who are attending elementary, secondary and special school in the jurisdiction are not in charge of office of the education.

1. 접수기간: 2020. 10. 19.(월) ~ 2020. 10. 23.(금) 9:00~18:00 (12:00~13:00 점심시간 제외)

2. 접수장소: 경기도 여주교육지원청 경영지원과 1층 성과협력팀(여주시 청심로 181)
* 아동의 주소지 기준 관할 교육지원청에 신청(아동의 주소지 기준이 아닌 교육지원청에서는 접수 불가)

3. 지원대상: 초중학교 학령기의 학교밖 외국국적 아동
1) 2005년 1월~2013년 12월 출생 아동 중 국립,공립,사립 초,중,고등학교 및 특수학교에 재학중이지 않은 외국 국적 아동
2) 외국인등록 사실 증명서(외국인등록증), 여권, 한국 계좌 소지자에 한함
3) 미인가 대안교육시설, 외국인 학교에 재학중인 외국인 학생
4) 미인가 대안교육시설, 외국인 학교 등에서 임의로 학년을 정하는 경우도 있으나, 학년과 무관하게 생년월일 기준으로 지원 대상
 

3. Target

3-1. Children with foreign nationality (born in between January, 2005 and December, 2013) who DO NOT attend national·public·private school(including elementary, middle, high or special school).

3-2. Certificate of Alien Registration, a passport and a bank account(only of BOK) are required.(※please refer to the attached file for more details)

3-3. Those who attend unauthorized alternative school or foreign school.

3-3. Regardless of grade given by unauthorized alternative school or foreign school, children will only be eligible to apply according to their Date of Birth.

4. 지급제외
1) 국외 체류기간이 90일이상 지속되는 경우(10월8일 시작일 기준)
2) 원칙적으로 아동수당과 동일하게 90일 이상 국외 체류 시 지급 대상이 아님

4. Who are NOT eligible:

1) Alien student who has stayed abroad over 90 days (as of Oct. 8.)

2) Staying abroad over 90 days is not eligible in principle(same as Child Benefit).

5. 신청자격: 외국인 학교밖 아동의 보호자로 하되 대리인 신청도 가능


6. 제출서류
1) 필수제출서류
① 아동양육 한시지원 신청서(외국인용) [붙임 1, 2 참조]
② 여권(보호자, 아동 둘 다 있어야함)
③ 외국인등록 사실 증명서(서류상에 보호자, 아동 둘 다 있어야함)
④ 재학증명서
⑤ 보호자 외국인 등록증
⑥ 아동 혹은 보호자 명의의 통장사본(한국은행에서 거래가능한 계좌만 가능, 외국계좌 신청불가)

③ Certificate of Alien Registration [both guardian and child must be registered]
④ Confirmation of School Enrollment
⑤ Guardian's Alien registration card [issued under 3 months]
⑥ Copy of the account / foreign account can not be accepted (BOK trading account only)

7. 지급방법: 신청 접수 및 서류 등 확인 후 신청 된 계좌로 지급

8. 지급시기: 10월 말 지급 예정
